Delivery and logistics

We ship parts from Korea to Azerbaijan by post and cargo services. The method depends on the size and weight of the part and how soon you need it. For every order we choose the most cost-effective option and offer it to you.

Delivery methods

Delivery times include customs clearance. Public holidays and additional customs inspections may extend them — if that happens, we let you know right away.

How shipping cost is calculated

Shipping is charged by whichever of the two is greater:

  • Actual weight — what the part weighs on the scale
  • Volumetric weight — length × width × height (cm) ÷ 6000

This means light but bulky parts — such as a bumper or radiator grille — cost more to ship than their weight suggests. We calculate this in advance and include it in your quote.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel ships, we send you its tracking number. You can track it online yourself. We also contact you at three stages:

  1. Part purchased and handed over for shipping
  2. Parcel arrived in Azerbaijan, in customs
  3. Customs cleared, ready for pickup
